Yes, that is Reggie Smith on these picture (top and left) in front of the U.S. Supreme Court.   Reggie  Smith migrated from Brazil to the United States in December 2002.  With no English, Reggie's career changed from Brazilian attorney TO  hotel  housekeeper, bank teller, bank customer service, assistant branch manager,  and prior being admitted to a law school in the United States, she worked at the 16th Judicial Circuit  (Monroe County, Florida) as Probate, Juvenile, and Mental Health case manager.
Reggie has been through the immigration process to  change her then non-immigrant status to a green card holder by marriage. Thinking that immigration procedure was only to fill forms, she decided to apply for citizenship on her own, and it was denied.  Thus, what seemed to be simple, was not so simple after all.  Reggie was naive in not hiring an immigration attorney.  It was not an easy task. After so many disappointment and failures,  she became resilient and her perseverance led her to learn English. She improved her English, attended law school in the United States and learned the laws of this wonderful country.

Holding dual citizenship, Reggie pursued and achieved her dream of becoming a practicing lawyer again, but at this time in the United States.  She is specializing in immigration laws and is devoted to helping you to solve your legal problem.  Reggie is driven, personable,  professional, and proactive.  She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and  Spanish.
